We are seeking a proactive Research Assistant to support our client’s consumer studies in an onsite research lab environment. This hands-on role blends research operations, technology setup, study coordination, and participant support. You will help run research sessions, manage AV and recording equipment, oversee space readiness, and maintain a clean, organized testing environment.

Part‐time onsite position in Mason, OH. Hours vary based on study needs, generally between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with advance notice for scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Support consumer research studies through session setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Operate and troubleshoot iPads, cameras, streaming/recording tools, and AV equipment
• Welcome and check in panelists and guide them through the research process
• Track and replenish inventory (tech supplies, office supplies, cleaning items)
• Maintain research lab operations , including room resets and light cleaning
• Perform laundry and shower-area cleaning during shower-based studies
• Ensure all research spaces are clean, functional, and ready for use

• Self-directed, reliable, and able to anticipate needs
• Enjoys supporting hands-on, fast-paced consumer testing environments
• Ability to work on an as needed basis
