Senior Quality Sortation Specialist

As a Senior Quality Sortation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our apparel meets the highest quality standards. Your expertise in inspecting, evaluating, and sorting garments will guarantee adherence to detailed quality specifications. You will also support the auditing process for Quality Sortation Specialists and contribute to special projects as they arise. Conduct thorough inspections of apparel items, assessing their condition against established quality standards.

Assign accurate quality levels using our internal computer systems and ensure alignment between system entries and physical inventory.

Physically sort garments into correct bins based on assigned quality levels.

Adapt to evolving quality guidelines and processes, maintaining awareness of updates.

Identify defects and inconsistencies, escalating issues as needed to ensure operational efficiency.

Collaborate with management and the Solutions team to provide feedback on the Sortation team's strengths and areas for improvement.

Support quality audits and contribute insights on recurring quality trends.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.

Participate in special projects that may involve varied sorting criteria or inspection requirements.

Adhere to all safety and operational procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.

Proven experience in quality control, apparel inspection, or warehouse operations.

Exceptional attention to detail and consistent quality judgment abilities.

Proficient in using computers and adaptable to learning new software systems.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity levels.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements.

Experience with inventory management or quality tracking systems.

Familiarity with conducting audits and implementing quality specifications.

Track record of success in positions that demand accuracy and accountability.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Capability to lift and handle garments and bins safely.

Repetitive hand and arm movements during inspection and sorting tasks.
