Licensed Architect
The Project Architect will be responsible for a full range of project involvement, starting with initial client contact and preparation of documents and continuing through contract administration.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently across various locations.
- Support projects of varying size and complexity.
- Participate in all phases of project delivery, including initial client contact, preparation of project documentation, and contract administration.
- Minimum of 7 years of commercial architectural experience.
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree.
- Architectural registration preferred.
- High level of proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Solid knowledge of construction means, materials, and methods.
- High level of proficiency with building codes.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and mentorship skills.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to step into a leadership position with ownership of multiple projects across a diverse portfolio.
This is a Permanent position based out of Worthington, OH.
