Job Description

As a Production Supervisor on the 2nd shift, you will manage and oversee production key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring efficient operations and seamless communication with the 1st shift team during shift changeovers. You will schedule products for production based on priority and order urgency, supervise a team of 20-25 production employees including machine operators, shipping/receiving staff, and visual inspectors, and ensure that production is documented in accordance with company standards. The role involves making necessary production adjustments in response to vacations, call-offs, or changes in order priority, while maintaining a business-oriented mindset to make decisions that benefit the overall business. You must be a team player, supporting production needs and assisting in various departments as required.

Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
