Excellent communication skills and a warm, courteous manner are needed for speaking with guests, answering phone inquiries, and making accurate reservations. One of your key duties will be to meet and greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and walk them to their seats. $15 - $16 hourly

• Learn the menu, including the daily specials and accurately describe how dishes are prepared
• Greet guests warmly as they enter to create a positive first impression of the restaurant
• Monitor the dining room for tidiness, ensure all tables and chairs are organized, and that condiments are restocked when needed
• Help clear and wipe down tables and set up tables with utensils and glassware for the next party
• Direct customers to their seats, ensuring tables are set properly with enough tableware for each diner, water glasses are filled, and menus are sanitized

• Must have excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills, as well as the ability to deal with customer requests in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner
• Thrive in a fast-moving environment while working in a team situation with extended hours of standing to be expected
• Prior food services, or hospitality service industry experience is preferred but not required
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED and should speak English well
