**Job Title:** Production Tow Motor Operator

**Location:** Niles, Ohio

**Position Type:** Full-Time

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM or 4:30 PM (depending on the day)

**Pay Rate:** $20-23 per hour

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Tow Motor Operator who is also comfortable performing line work. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a tow motor in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and will be willing to assist with line work as needed. This is a dynamic role that requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Tow Motor Operation:** Safely operate a tow motor (forklift) to move materials, products, and pallets throughout the facility.
- **Material Handling:** Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas, ensuring they are moved to the correct location.
- **Line Work:** Assist with assembly line tasks as needed, including packaging, sorting, or preparing products for shipment.
- **Inventory Management:** Assist with inventory control, including counting and scanning materials.
- **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety protocols while operating the tow motor and performing line work. Report any safety hazards immediately.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of materials moved, inventory levels, and completed tasks.
- **General Assistance:** Provide support to other departments as required to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Prior experience operating a tow motor or forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting is preferred.
- **Flexibility:** Ability to switch between tow motor operation and line work as needed.
- **Valid Drivers License:** A valid drivers license is required for this position.
- **Drug Test:** Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test is required.
- **Physical Ability:** Ability to lift up to [weight] pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

**Additional Information:**
- This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 per hour.
- The schedule may vary depending on operational needs, with work hours between 6:00 AM 2:30 PM or 4:30 PM.
