Implementation Project Manager
We provide technology that community financial institutions use to manage risk and drive growth. Our solutions automate key processes – from anti-money laundering to fraud detection to CECL readiness to lending workflows – empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs.
Abrigo is seeking a well-organized, customer-centric Technical Implementation Project Manager. This position executes multiple projects, concurrently, interacting with both internal and external resources to provide the best overall service to our customers. The projects are technical in nature and will require managing project scope, timeline, and expectations, as well as leveraging best practices. This position will be based in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remotely.
What You'll Do:
- Create, modify, and distribute project plans, as well as all implementation related documentation
- Collaborate with internal resources to complete an implementation on time and within scope
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements
- Master the features and functionality of Abrigo BAM+ and AFD software and data ingestion feeds
- Coordinate implementation efforts with Third Party Vendors
- Collaborate with Sales, Implementation Engineers, Consulting and Training, Product, and Technical Support Representatives to provide great customer experience
- Lead customer through implementation workshops to advise on configuration best practices and data validation
- Assist customer with data file ingestion from customer’s core system into Abrigo software
- Identify issues and independently triage, where appropriate
- Manage up to 30 projects of varying complexity from start to finish in tandem including new application implementations, add on module implementations and services projects.
- Maintain product knowledge
- Occasional travel required for team events to support engagement, relationship-building, and key decision-making.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- 2-5 years of experience working as a Technical Project Manager
- Exceptional experience in customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects, timelines, and urgencies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of SQL language with ability to commit SQL statements in a database
- Background with banking and finance is a plus
