Location: Lordstown, OH
Reports To: Cost Manager
Primary Function: The Cost Management Planning Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the travel program for Foxconn EV System. You will also be the administrator for the Concur system and ensure compliance of the company travel policy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's travel program and serve as the point of contact for all travel requests and needs.
- Assist with vendor setup, including processing the appropriate documentation.
- Verify any banking information changes for current vendors.
- Review and audit submitted documents for expense reporting daily.
- Complete travel applications for large groups and daily/weekly travel of all employees requiring travel.
- Assist in the booking of flights, hotel and transportation for domestic and international travel
- Complete monthly reconciliation of corporate credit cards.
- Attend weekly cost management meetings and other meetings as needed.
- Train and orient new employees on the company travel policy, providing support on an as needed basis.
- Serve as the department leader for Foxconn Production Way, attend meetings and submit monthly reports.
- Ad-hoc cost management projects.
Required Education
- Highschool diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus!
Required Experience
- 3-5 years of administrative related experience.
- Background in automotive industry or other form of manufacturing is preferred.
Requires Skills/Licenses/Certifications
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication at all levels of professionalism.
- Ability to create new processes.
