Position Responsibilities:
- Inspire and guide their Advanced Engineering Group (AEG) to new heights, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Partner closely with their Parent company to shape the blueprint for tomorrow's breakthroughs, infusing projects with cutting-edge technology and visionary design.
- Collaborate seamlessly across teams to turn ambitious concepts into reality, driving innovation from concept to completion.
- Mastermind the allocation of resources, balancing budgetary constraints with their drive for innovation and progress.
- Oversee the implementation of state-of-the-art equipment and automation systems, amplifying manufacturing capabilities.
- Engineer streamlined processes that optimize efficiency, elevate quality, and prioritize safety at every turn.
- Cultivate a sense of camaraderie and purpose within the AEG, empowering every team member to reach their full potential.
- Forge strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors, scouting out the latest technologies and materials to fuel their forward momentum.
- Serve as the ultimate problem-solver, providing expert technical guidance to overcome obstacles and maximize productivity.
- Uphold an unwavering commitment to compliance, ensuring that operations meet or exceed the highest industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Technical field.
- A minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within the automotive manufacturing sector.
- Prior experience working for a Japanese automotive supplier strongly preferred.
- Experience with high-volume metal stamping and welding manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in essential software tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A natural leader with a talent for motivating teams and driving results.
- Deep expertise in manufacturing processes, with a keen eye for optimization and innovation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for navigating cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Salary : $130k with 25-50% bonus potential, car and cellphone allowance
