Telemetry RN Job Details – Cleveland, OH

• Location: Cleveland, OH 44195
• Setting: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (potential extension up to 15-16 weeks)
• Start Date: October 3, 2025
• End Date: January 2, 2026
• Shifts: Rotating Day/Night 12-hour shifts (3x12s per week, 36 hours/week). Day: 7:00am–7:30pm; Night: 7:00pm–7:30am. Preferred shifts considered, rotation may be required.
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,250–$2,310
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing / Locum Tenens Contract

Telemetry Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience (travel nursing experience accepted)
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State nursing license
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (no pending)
• One supervisory reference in specialty (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Ability to work at least every other holiday
• Background check and fingerprinting required before start date

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Participate in unit orientation and ongoing competency assessments
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
