Is familiar with relevant aspects of students backgroundknowledge and experiences2. Articulate clear learning goals for the lesson that is appropriate forthe students3. Demonstrates an understanding of the connections between thecontent that was learned previously, the current content and thecontent that remains to be learned in the future4. Creates or selects teaching methods, learning activities andinstructional materials or technological resources that areappropriate for the students and that are aligned with the goals ofthe lesson5. Create or select evaluation strategies that are appropriate for thestudents and that are aligned with the goals of the lesson6. Follow the approved course of study7.
