Senior Source Change Management & NPI Leader
- Lead source change management for an assigned portfolio of hardware, suppliers, and/or programs in accordance with established processes, policies, and tools.
- Drive execution of new product introduction activities, including design and configuration changes, to ensure parts are qualified and ready to enter production on time and with no disruption to supply.
- Partner with internal functions and suppliers to develop milestone plans, track execution, resolve risks, and deliver quality and delivery outcomes.
- Maintain and communicate source change and NPI execution plans across supply chain teams, commodity teams, program teams, and customer stakeholders.
- Translate source change priorities into actionable plans based on customer impact, including delivery, quality, and fleet needs.
- Identify execution gaps, escalate issues through the appropriate channels, and drive corrective actions using available enterprise and supplier resources.
- Provide regular updates to Materials, Planning, and Commodity teams to ensure supply overlap, production readiness, and successful implementation of source changes.
- Partner with Commodity Buyers when commercial support or supplier intervention is required to achieve program objectives.
- Represent supplier readiness and change status in integrated product team and program discussions, ensuring alignment on part qualification, delivery timing, and production readiness.
- Apply sourcing, procurement, and operational knowledge to support decisions that align with supplier contracts, company policy, and business strategy.
- Lead small to mid-sized cross-functional projects, influence peers across the organization, and help build alignment among stakeholders to achieve business and customer outcomes.
- Serve as a resource to less experienced team members and support problem solving through strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and effective prioritization.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 additional years of experience in change management, project management, or supply chain-related roles.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, project management, supply chain, sourcing, or related fields.
- Ability to travel 10-20%
