World Truck Towing & Recovery is looking to add an experienced Dispatcher to our team. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented and has a background in towing (trucking/transportation) dispatching.
Responsibilities include
- answering phones
- entering calls into dispatch system
- dispatching drivers
- updating customers
- collecting payments
Skills
- Data entry
- Experience with proprietary software
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
- Multi-line phone system
- Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
