The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate support via phone, email, and internal systems. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and efficiently

• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and offering appropriate solutions

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

• Coordinate with other departments to follow up on customer concerns and ensure timely resolution

• Assist with administrative tasks related to customer accounts and support tickets

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and client satisfaction metrics

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or support roles preferred
