Quality Engineer
Location: Columbus, OH
Salary: $65,000 – $85,000

Join a leading manufacturing team as a Quality Engineer , ensuring the highest standards for internal production and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will partner closely with production to address quality concerns, implement standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with production to ensure product quality and resolve issues

• Establish and maintain internal quality standards and documentation

• Make quality decisions on suspect parts and implement corrective actions

• Support customer needs on quality issues, correspondence, and policy matters

• Assist in Cpk studies, force testing data, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Travel offsite as needed to support quality-related activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

• 3–5 years of quality engineering or production support experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret blueprints and reports

• Familiarity with ISO/TS standards preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
