Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, entry-level candidates who are eager to start a career in sales, construction, and project support .

This role is designed for individuals who want to learn the roofing industry from the ground up , working alongside experienced team members while developing skills in customer interaction, inspections, and project coordination .

No prior roofing experience is required—we are looking for individuals with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn .

What You’ll Do

• Assist in generating leads through neighborhood outreach and referrals

• Communicate with homeowners to schedule inspections and consultations

• Learn how to present roofing solutions and explain project processes

• Support project managers with job site coordination and client communication

• Assist with roof inspections, measurements, and documentation

• Help ensure projects are completed with quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients

• Help guide homeowners through the inspection, estimate, and project process

• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
