What Youll Be Doing

As a DSP, youll support adults with developmental disabilities in a home setting by helping them live independent, meaningful lives.

Your day may include:

• Meal prep, grocery shopping, and medication reminders
• Attending appointments & community outings
• Encouraging social skills and engagement
• Assisting with personal care (when needed)
• Creating a safe, positive, and respectful environment

Some days are routine. Some are fun. Every day makes a difference.

Requirements (Must Have)

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED (physical copy required)
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable vehicle with active insurance
• Ability to pass BCII Background Check
• Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification (must provide copies)
• Current Med Pass I (must provide copies)
• Willing to complete Medication Administration training if required

Must be able to transport clients to appointments and activities
