Senior product strategist - accounting
Job Description

Our multi-tenant customers depend on the ClientWorks product teams to drive the end-to-end adoption of these new capabilities-from upstream development analysis and strategic design through validation and broad implementation.
As a key member of the ClientWorks Product Strategy team, you will be instrumental in shaping our multi-tenant Patient Accounting roadmaps, with a strong emphasis on product and industry knowledge in Patient Accounting. You will closely partner with teams developing our Provider Reimbursement AI Agent and other emerging patient accounting solutions, ensuring successful alignment and iterative improvement. Your innovative approach to implementation will enable scalable migrations and accelerated customer onboarding, emphasizing minimal overhead, effective training, and hands-on configuration.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:

5-7+ years of experience in healthcare technology program/project management, with a strong focus on Patient Accounting and clinically driven workflows.

Deep product and industry expertise in Patient Accounting required (including the current Cerner Patient Accounting and Soarian Financials workflows, regulations, payer-provider processes, and reimbursement models).

Foundational Millennium product knowledge preferred.

Demonstrated experience with innovative, scalable implementation methodologies - challenging traditional approaches in favor of streamlined, efficient migrations and enablement.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project leadership skills, with proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders to shared outcomes.

Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously in a high-paced environment.

Highly self-reliant, operationally focused, and detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
-
Serve as the primary strategic lead for Oracle Health Patient Accounting and Charge Services products in multi-tenant, with particular focus on new Provider Reimbursement AI Agent and other patient accounting agent initiatives.

Leverage deep Patient Accounting product knowledge to shape product strategy, align to industry best practices and contribute to multi-tenant broad adoption with Reimbursement AI Agents.

Design and implement innovative, scalable methodologies for migrations, training, and configuration-reducing implementation overhead and accelerating customer time to value.

Collaborate closely with internal product teams to iterate on design and implementation best practices across emerging agent technologies.

Provide project management support for large-scale projects and organizational imperatives, including regulatory compliance, standardization, and currency initiatives.

Oversee governance, scope alignment, and roadmap development with multi-tenant customer groups; manage publication and communication of plans and outcomes.

Lead continuous feedback and lessons-learned efforts post-implementation, supporting a culture of rapid iteration and improvement.

Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted expert and advisor on all matters related to Patient Accounting product adoption.

Proactively identify and escalate project risks, and uphold operational best practices as defined by product strategy and organizational SOPs.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
