For over 20 years, we have provided exceptional service in design, fabrication, installation, distribution, and storage for events, retail displays, interiors, and exhibits. Job Description:

This full-time position requires a hands-on professional with five or more years of experience in cabinetry and display construction, particularly with laminating techniques and materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for building displays, fixtures, and cabinets from detailed drawings, with a focus on precision lamination work.

You will:

Construct high-quality displays and cabinets to spec, including detailed laminated finishes.

Verify materials and work with other shop employees to ensure top-quality outcomes.

Prioritize lamination accuracy, durability, and visual excellence in all finished surfaces.

Maintain project documentation and contribute to ongoing process improvement.

Lead by example, fostering the development of junior team members and maintaining a culture of craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

Advanced laminating skills are essential, including experience with a variety of substrates, adhesives, and finish materials.

Strong carpentry background in exhibit, retail display, and/or commercial millwork environments.

Skilled with power tools such as saws, routers, and pneumatic tools.

Solid surface fabrication and finishing experience is a plus.

Proven ability to interpret detailed shop drawings and meet demanding quality standards.

Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Flexible working on a variety of projects and job functions.

Dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe work environment in line with company safety standards.

Willingness to work occasional weekends, overtime, and travel for installations if needed.

Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift to 50 lbs. for 8–10 hours per day.

Valid Driver’s License and your own transportation required.
