Security Service Technician

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Security Service Technician to support customers by handling service calls, performing maintenance, and working on small projects. You’ll be part of a team that values growth and great service.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to service and emergency calls
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain security systems
• Install and support access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems
• Complete service reports accurately and on time
• Travel locally to job sites (minimal overnight travel)

What You’ll Need

• 3–7 years of experience or trade school equivalent
• Strong skills in fire alarms, electronic security, and system programming
• Ability to work with hand and power tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Field service experience
• CCTV: Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, Lenel
• Access Control: AMAG, Lenel, Genetec, CCURE, S2, RS2, Avigilon
• Intrusion: DMP, Bosch

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
