BraveView has partnered with a reputable, growth-oriented Landscape Maintenance and Design/Build company to find a General Manager to lead - an established branch in the East Cleveland Ohio market.

This is a true business leadership role — full P&L ownership, strong platform support, and the opportunity to shape culture, performance, and growth locally.

What you’ll do:

Lead branch performance across sales, operations, and culture

Drive revenue growth and margin improvement

Develop teams and build strong field leadership

Strengthen client relationships and retention

Own execution, safety, and financial performance

 

Ideal background:

Branch Manager, Operations Leader, or GM in landscaping, construction, or field services

Experience owning a P&L and leading teams

Strong operational and financial acumen
