Job Description

Join our team as an Assembler and Upholsterer in St. Bernard, OH, where you will play a vital role in refurbishing and maintaining high-quality furniture pieces. This position offers a supportive environment for growth and development in upholstery skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stripping, repairing, and reupholstering furniture pieces.
• Cut, measure, and prepare fabrics, foam, and other materials.
• Help assemble frames, padding, springs, and coverings under supervision.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Support upholsterers with daily tasks and project preparation.
• Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy.
• Load, unload, and move furniture as needed.

Work Environment

The position operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Our cleanroom upholstery environment requires a strict no-smoking policy, providing a clean and healthy workspace. Embrace the opportunity for a three-month contract-to-hire position where you can develop your skills in a supportive and organized setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
