1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Summary

The Welder is responsible for joining, repairing, and fabricating metal components using MIG welding techniques and other manufacturing equipment. This position requires the ability to read blueprints, perform quality welds, and assist with assembly and machine operation as needed to support production demands.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on aluminum and steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Fabricate and repair metal parts and assemblies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with assembly, machine operation, and other production tasks as needed based on workflow requirements.
• Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience required.
• Experience with MIG welding required.
• Aluminum welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Saturday Overtime: Typically 6 hours, as needed

Pay

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour

Pay is based on welding experience, skill level, and overall qualifications.
