Position Overview: Print Production Operator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Print Production Operator to manage digital printing tasks and ensure high-quality output from various file sources. This role requires professionalism, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and turnaround times. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, ARC affiliates, and clients to maintain seamless operations and top-tier customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Manage daily print room operations and incoming orders
• Execute production tasks while keeping clients informed throughout the process
• Handle work orders via phone, email, in-person, and hard copy
• Review digital files for accuracy and completeness
• Troubleshoot issues or escalate to technical experts as needed
• Provide updates and answer customer inquiries during production
• Ensure timely delivery of completed orders
• Educate customers on products, processes, and timelines
• Performing tasks such as mounting, trimming, laminating, and stitching
• Report on equipment issues to management
• Support additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in color reprographics or a related field
• Familiarity with graphic design applications and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new systems
• Experience with signage, posters, and other color services
• Knowledge of finishing and mounting materials and equipment
• High personal standards and attention to detail
