Office Administrator

*A local company is seeking an Office Administrator to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. *
Job Duties:
- Answer phones, greet visitors, vendors, and tenants
- Handle mail and packages
- Maintain and update vendor and tenant contact lists
- Follow up on Certificates of Insurance, coordinate access requests, and distribute notices and memos
- Assist with filing, scanning, document organization, routine tenant and vendor communications, and prepare notices, reports, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support for property meetings and events as needed
- Maintain office organization and general administrative support and maintain office and supply inventory
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Must have previous Administrative Office experience
- **Must be proficient computer skills with accurate data entry
- **Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills while being detail oriented and working in a fast-paced environment
- *Must be able to work effectively and present the company and themselves professionally both over the phone and in person *
