Employment Specialist/Job Coach
One Part-Time, Regular Position, Three On-Call/PRN Positions in Clark, Greene & Montgomery Counties
Duties
Provides both off/on-site support, coordination, and linkage to community resources for clients. Observes and evaluates client performance, behavior, social development, and physical health on/off-site. Assists in orienting the client at the work site and provides on-going monitoring for the client. Acts as a liaison between the client and advocates for the client as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associates Degree in Rehabilitation or a closely related field preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be over the age of 21. Valid Ohio driver’s license, reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record are required. Excellent communication; oral, written, interpersonal and electronic and organization skills required. CPR and First Aid training are preferred.
