We are looking for a Powder Coater Painter in the Hamilton, Ohio area to join our growing team!

We’re looking for a skilled Painter / Powder Coater to join our growing manufacturing team! In this role, you’ll apply paint and powder coatings to a variety of products, ensuring every finish meets our high standards for quality and appearance. A Day in the Life:

Operate powder coat and paint systems, including loading and spraying parts

Hang and unhang uncoated products for finishing

Operate curing ovens and monitor bake cycles for proper results

Change powders/paints, adjust spray equipment, and perform basic setup tasks

Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality specifications

Assist with troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance

Support and help train team members in coating processes

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Skills:

• 1- 5 years of experience in powder coating, painting, or a similar industrial environment
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems
• Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) training required
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred

Education:

High school diploma, GED, or trade school certificate preferred

Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math

Technical & Language Skills:

Ability to read work instructions, drawings, and safety documents

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience using hand and power tools

Math & Reasoning

Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
