SBG is seeking a qualified Superintendent in the greater Cincinnati Tri-State area to work on Hospitality / Commercial Projects. We seek a person who is responsible, honest, and has can do attitude for planning, directing and managing field operations.

• Managing Field Activities
• Scheduling and Making Direct Judgement Calls on Safety, Quality, and Means and Methods.
• Reviewing and checking submittal packages,
• Coordinating construction drawings and Multiple Trades,
• Managing all subcontractors and maintain quality and schedule.
• Layout and problem solving and ability to review and react to complex contract documents is required.

This person is detailed oriented, a proven leader, and has fierce sense of urgency with a strong focus on quality, safety and managing subcontractors. Computer skills are required and ability to navigate, create and maintain critical path schedules.
