Job Summary

• Set up, operate, and break down action stations (e.g., omelet, pasta, carving, stir-fry) in a timely and sanitary manner.
• Prepare and cook food items to order in front of guests, ensuring quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and accommodating dietary needs when possible.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station throughout service.
• Replenish ingredients and supplies as needed during service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
