Day to day as a Full-Time Bank Teller
As a Full-Time Bank Teller at United Midwest Savings Bank, you will engage in a variety of daily tasks designed to enhance customer interactions and support our banking operations. You will greet customers warmly and assist them with their banking needs, including processing transactions, opening accounts, and answering inquiries. Accuracy is essential, so you will handle cash and maintain transaction records meticulously. You'll also provide information about our products and services, ensuring customers receive advice tailored to their financial goals.
Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with teammates to maintain an efficient workflow and resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training to stay updated with banking regulations and technology, ensuring compliance and excellence in service delivery. Your role is crucial in fostering a high-performance culture at our bank.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven customer support experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Basic Office Machine Operation Skills, Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Fax, postage machine, etc.
