We’re looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our team and lead the way in building an engaged, high-performing workplace. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of human resources — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compliance, and employee relations. You’ll be a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource for our employees.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and support business growth.

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.

  • Foster strong relationships across teams by addressing employee needs, resolving concerns, and promoting open communication.

  • Oversee performance management systems that drive engagement and excellence.

  • Manage compensation, payroll, and benefits programs to ensure fairness and compliance.

  • Assess training needs and coordinate development programs that help employees reach their full potential.

  • Ensure legal compliance with all employment laws and maintain accurate HR records and reports.

  • Partner with department heads on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Coach, mentor, and develop HR team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional growth.

  • Conduct performance reviews, manage scheduling, and oversee team KPIs.

  • Lead new hire onboarding and training to ensure a smooth, engaging experience for all employees.

  • Monitor company-wide compliance and culture trends, and present proactive solutions to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
