Personal Injury Attorney - Cincinnati, OH
Company Overview: Our client is a personal injury law firm with a wonderful reputation and 30+ years of experience. Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range is $75K-$145K (Flexible/Negotiable DOE) + Lucrative commission & annual bonus plan. Income expectations in first year is ~$225k+.

- Draft pleadings, draft, and review discovery related to personal injury
- Make court appearances, as necessary.
- Prepare all pre-trial documents
- Compile all possible information, evidence, and documentation, including medical records and bills, loss of earnings documentation and change in lifestyle information, that will help the legal department build a case
- Communicate with clients and assist in preparation for depo/trial
- Negotiate claims
- Ohio Barred Attorney
- At least 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases
- Preference for candidates with the ability to work across multiple jurisdictions
- Trial experience is preferred
- Ideally having a history of producing at least $1M or more annually in legal fees and pre-litigation attorneys (preferred)
