Ascendence Health Services is hiring a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to join our growing mental health team in a long-term care nursing facility.
This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy group work, collaboration, and real impact—without the burnout.
Compensation
Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience and credentials

What You’ll Do
- Facilitate engaging mental health group sessions
- Provide individual counseling , assessments, diagnoses & treatment planning
- Complete documentation and provide crisis intervention as needed
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
What You Need
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Active LPCC or LISW license in Ohio
- Medicaid & Medicare credentialing
- Mental health counseling experience
