Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current SLP-CCC certification
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
• Comfort working with K-12 student populations
• Solid communication and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students in grades K-12
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
• Provide direct speech and language therapy within school settings
• Monitor progress, update goals, and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to team-based educational decisions
