Position: IT Specialist

6. Provide technical support and training to employees on company systems and software.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for new systems or upgrades.

8. Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

9. Maintain inventory of all hardware and software, including licenses and warranties.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to technology usage and security.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

3. Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.

4. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

5. Familiarity with data backup and recovery methods.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

8. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

9. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

10. Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in technology.
