Custodian

This service position earns a competitive wage of $14.00 per hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTODIAN
As a custodian, you have an opportunity to make One Lincoln Park a safe and welcoming environment for our residents, guests, and employees. By using your attention to detail skills, you ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the common areas of One Lincoln Park, assist maintenance with light repairs, and respond to emergency clean up situations.
You have a significant impact on the quality of our services and have the opportunity to create a positive atmosphere for our residents, guests, visitors, and potential new residents.
You prioritize customer service, are thorough in the tasks that need completed, and enjoy helping others. You communicate effectively with your team and our residents, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect. Your satisfaction comes from gaining work experience while providing excellent services to our residents!

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTODIAN

This full-time custodial position works Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm (hours may vary)
