We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join a well-established pain management practice in Springfield, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA in pain management or a strong new graduate with an interest in this specialty who is eager to learn and grow in a supportive clinical environment.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient pain management practice
• Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends, no call
• Stable, physician-led practice with a collaborative care team

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
• Perform patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care
• Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Educate patients on treatment options and pain management strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Licensed Physician Assistant (or eligible for licensure) in Ohio
• Experience in pain management preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered
• Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and excellent patient communication

Compensation & Benefits:

• First-year salary starting at $120,000 , negotiable based on experience
