Minerva, OH | Plastics Manufacturing
Pay is BOE up to 70K

Are you a quality-driven leader with experience in plastics manufacturing? A growing company in Minerva is looking for a Quality Manager to lead quality control efforts, improve processes, and ensure products meet the highest industry standards.

What Youll Do
Lead and mentor the Quality Control team
Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures
Inspect products and production processes to ensure top quality
Analyze quality data and identify root causes of defects
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Work with Production, Engineering, and R&D teams to improve processes
Coordinate with suppliers and customers on quality expectations
Maintain inspection records, documentation, and quality reports
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Train employees on quality procedures and best practices

What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Experience in quality management within plastics manufacturing
Strong understanding of plastic materials, production processes, and quality systems
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
Quality certifications (Six Sigma, ASQ, etc.) a plus
