Position Summary:
FC Cincinnati is seeking a creative and highly motivated Corporate Partnerships Gameday Photographer who will assist Corporate Partnerships in the capturing and editing of FC Cincinnati matchdays and select events. The Corporate Partnerships Gameday Photographer will play a crucial role in creating unique and engaging photo content that provides a strong connection with our fans, our corporate partners, and strengthens the FC Cincinnati brand. Responsibilities will include capturing and producing matchday partner activations, signage, and game imagery as well as covering a few partner events. This position is responsible for creating relevant content and impactful stories through unique and powerful imagery while collaborating across internal teams to deliver dynamic, on-brand content for multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Photographers will capture all home FCC matches and partner events
- Able to edit and provide efficient delivery of images in real time
- Work with Sr. Manager of Corporate Partnerships on management if photos, quality of photos, archiving, and distribution
- Follow brand guideline specifications and ensure consistency on quality during production
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Lightroom
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and potentially holidays
- Proficient in basic photography techniques
- Knowledge of digital photography, lighting, composition, and color quality
- Experience editing in Photoshop and/or Lightroom or other photo editing software
- Possess a high level of interest in working in a fast-paced, sports-centered environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism within a professional sports environment and in media work zones
- Excellent communication, collaboration and organization skills required
- Ability to lift items more than 30 pounds
- A portfolio displaying the ability to capture photos with natural and studio lighting, and knowledge of image post processing and editing
- 1 year of experience in sports photography
- Camera setup and teardown on game day and other team events
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Calendar
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in visual arts, production, or equivalent education
- 1 years of experience in photographing high-speed action in indoor and outdoor events, with advanced knowledge in a studio environment
