RiverReach Construction is an environmental excavation company looking expand with an opening for an additional experienced working Supervisor/Operator to join our team.

We are a specialty contractor that focuses on river & wetland restoration, dam removal and bank stabilization projects. If you are looking for interesting, challenging work, and something different every day, come join our team!

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of construction experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory/manager type role
• Experience with GNSS Equipment preferred
• Survey and layout experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction plan sets
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities including being able to lead a crew while working side by side with the site manager and project manager
• Initiative to take charge and speak up when needed
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to operate the following heavy equipment:

• Excavator
• Dozer
• Front End Loader
• CDL is desired but not a requirement

Valid driver’s license and work history required.

Ability to perform physical requirements of the job and work in weather conditions and elements. Ability to work overtime with occasional out of town travel. Must be dependable, self-starter, and have excellent communication skills.

Pay/Benefits:

Compensation package of $100,000 to $120,000 average per year based on experience, we offer health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off.
