Massillon Mancan is assisting a Dalton company that is looking for an Office & Inventory Coordinator. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This position will be trained to support a variety of office, logistics, and inventory-related tasks.
Responsibilities include:Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Scheduling trucks and coordinating shipments
Monitoring inventory and orders, and assisting with scheduling pickups once orders are complete
Communicating with customers via phone and email
Working with trucking brokers and drivers to coordinate logistics
Learning and eventually operating an inventory/shipping system (training provided) This role will grow over time as additional responsibilities are introduced. Candidates should be organized, comfortable communicating with others, and willing to learn new systems.
Schedule: MondayThursday
