We are seeking a High Line Shop Technician with prior automotive repair experience to join our busy service department. We offer factory training to become brand familiar, if needed. Job Responsibilities

- Perform accurate diagnostics and complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential safety issues.
- Complete repairs and services per manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors to clearly explain diagnoses, recommend necessary repairs, and accurately estimate completion times.
- Document all work performed using the dealership's repair order system.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and participate in training and certification programs.
- Utilize manufacturer-provided diagnostic tools and equipment with proficiency.
- Assist in mentoring and supporting less experienced technicians as needed.
- Test drive vehicles to confirm proper operation and quality repairs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited automotive technology program is preferred
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent shop setting
- ASE certifications or manufacturer-specific training strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Proven experience with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle systems
- Familiarity with dealership service software and diagnostic tools is a plus.
- European automotive experience is a plus

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
- Saturday required by rotation
