Warehouse Equipment Logistics Supervisor

**Job Summary:**
Humano, a third-party warehouse provider, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisors for their site in Groveport, OH. The supervisor will oversee warehouse operations and lead a team of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient workflow. This full-time position offers a Thursday - Sunday; schedule 5pm - 3am
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance and support for smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to coordinate daily tasks and workflow.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet productivity targets and customer demands.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring clarity on roles and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by team members promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with other departments for order fulfillment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes continuously.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a supervisory role within the warehouse industry.
- Familiarity with overseeing employee production metrics and driving improvements.
- Experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment is a plus, or 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and willingness to enforce them.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and clamp trucks is desirable.
- Excellent organizational and problems-solving abilities.
- Must have experience operating a cherry picker, as you'll be training and leading a team of 35 operators
