Snow Removal Operator

Responsibilities

• Be available on a 24/7 basis during snow events to ensure timely snow removal
• Operate trucks and/or machinery safely and efficiently in winter conditions
• Apply de-icing agents as needed to maintain safe surfaces
• Shovel snow in areas inaccessible to equipment when necessary
• Work as part of a team to complete assigned routes and support overall operations

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for truck operators (not required for loader operators)
• Ability to work in challenging weather conditions and perform physical tasks
• For company truck drivers, must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• For subcontractors using their own trucks, proof of insurance is required

Compensation

Competitive pay with drivers operating company equipment starting at $30.00 per hour and drivers using their own equipment starting at $65.00 per hour .
