Job Title: Manufacturing and Warehouse Associate
Location: Onsite at Client Facility
Shifts Available: 1st Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) & 2nd Shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm) 3rd shift (10:00 pm-6:30 am)
Pay Rate:

• 1st Shift: $17/hour
• 2nd Shift: $19/hour
• 3rd Shift: $19/hour

Job Description: As a Manufacturing and Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our client's production process. We have several positions available across different departments, including Parts, Shipping, and Glass Framing, on both 1st and 2nd shifts.
Responsibilities (1st Shift):

• Parts Department:
  • Sorting and organizing parts in the parts room.
• Glass Framing:
  • Cutting glass to precise specifications.
• Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Adhering strictly to safety protocols and making safety a top priority.
• Maintaining good attendance and punctuality.
• Demonstrating proficiency with small hand tools and basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, especially during hot summers.

Responsibilities (2nd Shift):

• Shipping Department:
  • Shipping and loading products onto trucks for distribution.
• Glass Framing:
  • Master framing according to specified requirements.
• Working collaboratively within a team to achieve production goals.
• Ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Exhibiting reliability and punctuality in attendance.
• Proficiency with small hand tools and basic math.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, particularly during hot weather.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
• Commitment to safety standards and procedures.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Proficiency with small hand tools and basic math skills.
• Adaptability to work in varying temperatures, particularly in hot warehouse conditions.
