At Mike Bass Ford, a family-owned and community-rooted dealership since 1977, we’re expanding our Service Team and seeking a skilled, reliable, and motivated Automotive Technician with proven experience. This role is ideal for professionals who want more than just a paycheck—they want a team that supports their ambitions, respects their craftsmanship, and provides a clear path to advancement.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Accurately complete repair orders and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate clearly with Service Advisors.
- Keep up with OEM certifications (training provided).
- Mentor junior technicians as part of a collaborative, team-first culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional technician experience
- Ability to work efficiently with a focus on safety and quality.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Flat Rate Compensation
Competitive Pay: $23.50 - $27.00 per hour - Paid Time Off (PTO) & Vacation Time
