Position Overview
The Event Assistant will help organize and support promotional events, community outreach activities, and marketing initiatives. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain experience in event coordination, marketing support, customer engagement, and project organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate event materials, displays, and promotional resources.
- Communicate with attendees and provide event-related information.
- Help maintain event schedules and logistical documentation.
- Assist with attendee registration and event support activities.
- Gather feedback and help compile event reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event operations.
- Represent client brands professionally during events and promotions.
- Perform administrative tasks related to event coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
