The Equidox team is hiring a brand marketing/product marketing specialist to support our organizational growth. We are passionate about accessibility and poised to deliver world-class brand/product marketing in an effort to help drive leads as well as product sales for Equidox.

Role Description: Serve as a brand marketing/product marketing subject matter expert for Equidox

As a Brand Marketing/Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for telling the world (and company) about Equidox. You will be expected to be our chief advocate for our product and its benefits to the customer. Additionally, you will lead the strategic positioning, integration, and execution of your solution messaging to prospects and customers.

You will work alongside our sales team in building the Equidox brand as well as helping to take the product to market; identify market opportunities, packaging solution offers, creating/evolving value propositions and messaging frameworks, defining target audiences and personas, showcasing Equidox capabilities, and generating interest/leads/pipeline/revenue for sales by overseeing communications and campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels. You will help ensure consistency of messaging representing our brand and industry thought-leadership across channels and collateral (digital presence, media, social, PR, nurture, inside sales, etc.) as it pertains to our solution offering.

You should have command of best practices and trends in technology marketing. You should enjoy being creative and understand how to both build and convert interest and action into brand impact and pipeline. You will need to come up with creative growth strategies to help the company bring in new customers, and be dedicated to continually testing, measuring, learning, and evolving your marketing approach.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Together with sales, educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits.
  • Create all messaging and offerings, from a customer’s point of view to position Equidox as the best solution provider.
  • Create sales enablement materials including competitive battle cards, pitch decks, scripts, solution briefs, case studies, blog posts, Quora/forum responses, and videos.
  • Produce collateral that can be modified and customized for the sales team and operations teams in an easy and standardized way to assist in new sales and upselling to existing customers.
  • Definite Go To Market Strategy including campaign and content calendar.
  • Work with sales, management, and operations teams to identify segments of new and existing customers who would benefit from available solutions.
  • Lead competitive analysis efforts.
  • Create cross-sell and up-sell strategies in partnership with sales.

Travel Expectation: Less than 10%
