Location: Eaton, OH

Compensation: $26 - $36 per hour + $1 Shift Differential

Bonus Structure: $5,000 Bonus; $1,000 after 90 days, $2,000 after 12 months, $2,000 after 24 months

Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 3pm-11:30pm

We are aligned with a reputable manufacturer looking for candidates with over two years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing settings, focusing on proactive maintenance, and adept in mechanical and electrical disciplines. Your Daily Tasks:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues : Identify and rectify the root causes of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic problems.
• Machinery upkeep : Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machines using specialized tools and precision equipment.
• Electrical system expertise : Manage installation, troubleshooting, and repairs involving transformers, control panels, and electronic components.
• Piping management : Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring functionality.
• Structural integrity : Conduct structural repairs and routine maintenance to maintain a safe working environment.
• Fabrication and modification : Utilize machine shop equipment to craft or modify parts as necessary.
• Preventive routines : Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent unplanned downtimes.
• Collaborative improvement : Participate in projects aimed at enhancing reliability and efficiency.
• Documentation : Keep records of all maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Team coordination : Work with planners and engineers to ensure the availability of necessary resources for maintenance tasks.
• Flexibility in duties : Adapt to various assignments and shifts as required.
