Administrative Coordinator
Job Duties
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, calendars, and program activities.
- Maintain accurate records, files, reports, and program documentation
- Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other program materials.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and administrative requirements.

Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Administration, or related field
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or related field
Qualification
- 2+ years of administrative, office, program, or coordination experience
- Experience coordinating meetings, communications, or projects
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Experience managing records, documents, schedules, and administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently in a remote/off-site environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office or comparable productivity software — Must have
Skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar business software
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to collaborate with clients, colleagues, fellows, and external partners
- Data entry and spreadsheet management
Compensation
55,000$ - 70,000$ Per Year
